| Timberwolf Construction was started in 1992 by James Wolford. For 15 years prior to 1992, James worked mainly as a finish carpenter on high-end custom houses at Lake Tahoe as well as in the Oakland hills burn area. The focus on over 100 projects thus far at Timberwolf has been to turn exquisite ideas into knockout homes, focusing both on the practicality and visual power of the larger structure and the quality finish for which Timberwolf is renowned. James got his Nevada license in 2003 in order to provide construction services to Tahoe's entire north shore. The Nevada name is T Wolf Construction. T Wolf has been very active in Incline Village these past few years. The past year's projects undertaken and completed have included two complete house remodels (one with a major addition), two decks out of sustainably harvested, long lasting ipe and Brazilian redwood, a kitchen and pantry addition and remodel in Lahonton, an insurance remodel in Brockway Springs from rain damage, and a kitchen/dining room remodel in Incline Village. Smaller projects are considered if unique and challenging. Recent furniture and cabinetry include a maple dining room table; an antiqued pine desk, dresser and armoire; several cherry and oak entertainment centers; a beech and ash built-in Japanese-style dresser; and a maple kitchen peninsula and an island of cherry. |

| Jerime Cope (Foreman): Jerime is as adept with concrete and masonry as with framing. Has spent the last three years as on-site foreman for most of TW's houses. He plays drums and guitar and races cars on the Bonneville Salt Flats in his spare time. Matt Stannard (Foreman): Matt comes from a long family tradition of homebuilders, and has run framing crews for close to a decade. He is married and enjoys golf, fishing and rock climbing in his spare time. Leo Ramirez (Foreman): A longtime carpenter and father of two sons, Leo works magic with siding, trimming and finishing. Alex Prero (Journeyman): Alex alternates throwing timber and rocks about with equal abandon, lays beautiful flagstone, and, along with Geoff, can be found casting far and wide for trout and salmon after work. Geoffrey Dean (Journeyman): Geoff is the Energizer. Foundations, framing, masonry. Travels far and wide for good concerts and good fishing and camping, rock climbing. Engaged. Todd Jordan (Journeyman): Another of the "Foothill Gang" - Todd, Jerime, Al and Geoff grew up together in the Sierra Gold Country. A rugged, outdoor type. Natalie Dalby (Office Manager): With a dozen years' background in office management, Natalie's good spirits and organizational skills keep Twolf running. Her two year old daughter keeps her running. Mike Cassidy (Apprentice): Mike grew up in Yosemite Valley, where his mom is a ranger. After Colorado State and working on cabinets in Ft. Collins, he teaches Spanish at a local college when not sawing and nailing. Another rock climber. Martin Hernandez (Apprentice): After a decade as a gourmet cook, North Tahoe local Martin decided last year to get physical building houses. His daughter just turned three and keeps him running. Michael Foote (Apprentice): A Squaw Valley local and longtime soccer mate of Galen's, Michael is working the summer before returning to San Diego State. Luis Hernandez (Laborer): Luis recently decided to follow his brother into building after years of cooking. Marnix Ramirez (Laborer): A Lake Tahoe local and one of Leo's sons, Marnix is back this summer after his freshman year playing soccer and schooling at Yuba College. |

| JAMES WOLFORD & FAMILY | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| James' focus as a young man was enjoying the breathtaking beauty of the Sierra Nevada. Hiking all over the Western United States, going to forestry school at UC Berkeley, working for the forest service in Idaho and Colorado, and living outside of Aspen and Quincy were preludes to settling next to the shores of the lake. James and Kristen have been living in Tahoe City for 26 years, raising two fine young men, Will and Galen. Great live music, hiking and camping the Sierra, and the beaches of Maui are long-time loves for all. |

| Each of them nuts for soccer, James coached for 10 years and helped in getting the new field built at the North Tahoe High School, and Kristen just finished coaching her 13th year, leading the high school girls to their 3nd straight Nevada AAA state championship. Both were founding members of the Sierra Soccer Club. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Will and Galen are both fine scholars, were both state MVP's on championship soccer teams in high school, and work part time at Timberwolf. Galen is currently a sophmore and presidential scholar at the University of San Diego, and Will is at the University of Hawaii after a six month walkabout around the world. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
